Somatic Whispering
Somatic Whispering is the modality I created after more than twelve years of somatic, energetic, and trauma-informed training - and a lifetime of initiations that demanded I find my way back to my own body. It is the synthesis of everything I’ve lived, learned, healed, and guided - shaped through over a decade of facilitating both 1:1 work and group spaces, witnessing hundreds of women move through survival patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and return to their aliveness. This body of work has grown through real practice, real people, and real transformation - not theory alone.
This work doesn’t force revelation or chase intensity. It moves at the pace of your body — where your real transformation has always been waiting.
Somatic Whispering supports women to:
unwind survival patterns held in softness, breath, and fascia
restore natural sensitivity after years of numbness or shutdown
reawaken Eros - creative, emotional, sensual, and sexual life force
rebuild nervous system capacity for truth, pleasure, and power
feel again - physically, emotionally, energetically, intuitively
return to centre after living from coping mechanisms instead of truth
This is inside-out transformation rooted in:
somatic unwinding
breath and energy work
nonlinear movement
trauma-informed touch and guided awareness
qigong/neigong principles
tantric and kundalini-based body based practices
emotional alchemy
nervous system repair
shadow and pattern integration
the reawakening of erotic intelligence
Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is performed. Nothing is forced.
Every session is attuned, nervous-system-led, and grounded in slow, precise work that honours your lived experience, your capacity, and your timing.
Over time, something profound happens:
Your system begins to reorganise. Your sensitivity returns. Your Eros begins to move again. Your voice becomes clearer. Your boundaries strengthen. Your body becomes a place you can live in - not escape from.
Somatic Whispering is not just a modality. It is a reclamation. A coming home. A remembering of the woman you were before you had to disconnect from yourself.
